Workshop Overview

These corporate yoga workshops are designed to be easy to organise and comfortable for everyone to take part in, even if they’ve never done yoga before.

Led by Sanjeevani Chandak (ERYT 200 (Yoga Alliance) & Govt. Certified Yoga Trainer.) – certified Yoga trainer with 7 years of experience.

Each session is guided from start to finish. We begin with simple breathwork to help people settle, move through stretches and postures focused on desk-related stiffness, and close with a short relaxation so employees return feeling lighter and more at ease.
