1. General Principle
All sales of our services are final. Due to the nature of our offerings, which involve instructor time, infrastructure planning, and limited capacity, we are generally unable to offer refunds once payment has been made.
The specific policies for each service type are set out below.
2. Online Yoga Classes (Group Sessions)
2.1 No Refunds
Fees paid for group yoga class batches are strictly non-refundable once payment is confirmed. This applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:
- Personal schedule conflicts or inability to attend;
- Illness or travel;
- Dissatisfaction after attending one or more sessions;
- Technical difficulties on the client’s end.
2.2 Missed Sessions
Missed sessions within a batch are not carried forward to the following month and no credit, partial refund, or substitute session is provided. Live class recordings are not shared.
2.3 Mid-Month Enrolment
If you join a batch mid-month, your payment covers the remaining sessions in that month. No adjustment is made for sessions already conducted before your enrolment.
3. Private (1-1) Sessions
3.1 No Refunds
Fees paid for private sessions are non-refundable once confirmed.
3.2 Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule a private session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is offered as a courtesy, not as a contractual right.
4. Yoga Retreats and Training Programmes
4.1 All Sales Are Final
All fees paid for retreats and training programmes — including any deposit or instalment payment — are strictly non-refundable. Due to the extensive planning, venue bookings, instructor arrangements, and logistical preparation required, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including:
- Cancellation by the participant at any stage;
- Change in personal circumstances, including illness, injury, or travel disruption;
- Schedule conflicts;
- Force majeure events outside the participant’s control (please see Section 4.4).
4.2 Deposits
Where a deposit is required to secure your retreat spot, the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. Payment of a deposit does not guarantee a spot unless confirmed in writing by us.
4.3 Missed Scheduled Payments
If you are paying for a retreat in instalments and fail to make a scheduled payment by the agreed due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and offer your spot to another participant. All amounts paid up to that point, including any deposit, shall be forfeited and are non-refundable.
4.4 Force Majeure (Acts Beyond Your Control)
We understand that certain events — such as serious medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions — may be beyond your control. In such exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following as a goodwill gesture (not a contractual obligation):
- A credit towards a future retreat or programme; or
- The ability to transfer your booking to another eligible participant.
To be considered for this, you must notify us as soon as possible and provide relevant supporting documentation (e.g. a medical certificate). This is entirely at our discretion and does not constitute a right to a refund.
4.5 Transfers
Retreat bookings may be transferred to another person at our discretion, subject to written approval and any applicable administrative fee. Please contact us as early as possible if you wish to explore this option.
5. Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we need to cancel a retreat, training programme, or group class batch for reasons within our control, we will offer you:
- A full refund of all amounts paid to us for that specific event; or
- A credit of equivalent value towards a future programme, if you prefer.
We will notify you as early as possible in such circumstances. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us and does not extend to any other costs you may have incurred (e.g. flights, accommodation, visa fees).
If a cancellation arises due to circumstances genuinely beyond our control (force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, or public health emergencies), we will endeavour to reschedule the event. A refund in such cases will be at our discretion.
6. Payment Gateway Disputes and Chargebacks
By purchasing our services, you agree to resolve any payment disputes directly with us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, payment gateway, or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback for a legitimate purchase constitutes a breach of this policy and may result in suspension of access to our services and recovery of the disputed amount through appropriate legal channels.

Please include your full name, booking reference (if applicable), and the service you enrolled for. We will acknowledge your request within 2–3 business days.
8. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
