These sessions are designed to help you build a long-term, injury-free practice.

You’ll learn the key alignment points for foundational poses, the common do’s and don’ts, and how to apply suitable modifications that match your body structure.

Everything is taught from the ground up, so even if you’re new, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of asanas, breathing techniques, and meditation, along with journaling and affirmations.

Come learn and explore in a supportive space, with plenty of time to ask questions. These are ongoing monthly classes with 12 sessions per month (3 classes per week). Private YouTube videos will also be shared to help you build a consistent home practice.

If you miss a session, it won’t be carried over to the next month. Live class recordings are not provided, so please be regular with your sessions.

A preview into how I teach in my sessions. You can practice along with them to get a sense of how the one hour classes may be like. Beginners’ sessions generally have a lot more cueing than the YouTube videos may have. 

We also have pranayamas, meditations, affirmations and alignment discussions in the one hour sessions, making it a wholesome experience for anyone who wants to get stronger and relaxed both physically and mentally!
