I have been doing yoga with Sanjeevani since a few years and I have seen so much improvement in my balance, flexibility and strength.
Yoga has been progressively taught by Sanjeevani in a gentle calming way. She also includes meditation which helps a lot in improving in overall health of the body.
Even when I might feel bit sick, I still love to do her session as that actually helps me recover quickly. I feel I can understand my mind and body more. Im amazed on how quickly I could progress on the different poses because of Sanjeevani’s way of teaching them.
Her constant motivation gives me the strength to try. I feel blessed to have her as my yoga teacher.
