People's experience

A private yoga class gives you personal attention and a flow designed just for your needs, based on your fitness and mindfulness goals. Private sessions are ideal if you prefer a quiet setting and need flexible days and timings. You’ll have time to ask questions, explore, and learn in a supportive environment.

Each class moves at a pace that suits your level. You’ll learn key alignment techniques and how to modify and adapt poses to fit your body. These sessions are meant to build a long-term, injury-free practice.

Whether you’re new or experienced, there’s always more to discover about asanas, breathing, and meditation. We’ll also explore journaling and affirmations to deepen your practice.

These are ongoing monthly classes happening online on Zoom. All sessions must be completed within the chosen plan duration (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) from the start date. Extensions are not allowed, except for emergencies that can be discussed in advance, so please attend regularly. Live class recordings will not be provided.
