Sanjeevani is super passionate about what she does. The classes mix yoga with some really active movements, and it’s been just the right kind of challenge. I was a bit unsure about doing yoga online at first, but it ended up being amazing.
The meditation sessions are also super calming.
I never used to enjoy any workouts, but now I actually look forward to doing yoga. Plus, I’ve never sweated so much. It’s been wonderful.
