If you’re completely new to yoga & are eager to start your practice, then this is the batch for you! I’ll be teaching everything from scratch & we’ll slowly build your strength & flexibility with regular practice.

There will be constant cueing and alignment corrections in every session in order to make learning easier for you. Join the new batch here.

This is apt for those who have been practicing for a while now. The sessions are dynamic, with fun and challenging vinyasa flows that will make you sweat and stretch more than you can imagine. 

The sessions have minimal cueing because all the students already know the basics of every asana.  Students are allowed to join this batch only after they’ve practiced with me for 2+ months. More details can be found here

Inversions are one of the most exhilarating things that you can do with your body! They are my favourite. But to a newbie, it can seem a bit scary & that is why I bring to you this workshop!

Private Training

A private 1-1 yoga class offers personal attention and flows tailored specifically to meet your individual needs, whatever they may be. Personal coaching is the best way to work with any specific injuries / limitations / health concerns that you may be facing. 

The classes will go at the pace that is suitable for your level and you’ll get to learn how to modify and adapt all postures according to your personal needs.

Its best to opt for this if you’d like to learn in a more private setting and want flexible days and timings, thus making it easier for you to not lose the motivation.
